Everything you need to know about ordering gas from ÉPAG.
New cylinder — You're buying a brand new cylinder with gas. You keep the cylinder.
Exchange — You swap your empty cylinder for a full one. This is cheaper because you already own the cylinder. Make sure your empty cylinder is the same brand and size.
We aim for same-day delivery for orders placed during trading hours. Delivery time depends on your area and how busy we are — typically between 1–3 hours. You can track your order live on this page.
We deliver to Evander, Embalenhle, Secunda, Kinross, Kriel, Leandra, Charl Cilliers, Trichardt and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call on 017 632 2026.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery. Our driver will collect payment when your gas is delivered. Online payment coming soon!
Yes! You can place an order online anytime. If you order outside our trading hours, we'll process it first thing when we open. Our driveway is open until 20:00 on weekdays and Saturdays — so you have plenty of time!
After placing your order you'll receive an Order ID (e.g. EG-1234). Scroll up to the Track Your Delivery section, enter your Order ID and you'll see live updates from received all the way to delivered.
We stock 5kg, 9kg, 14kg, 19kg and 48kg LPG cylinders. You can order multiple sizes in a single order. The 48kg is for industrial and commercial use.
